Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how please I was (and so was the recipient) with the beautiful bouquet you recently prepared for me. As we discussed, I have been “burned” more than once when ordering flowers under circumstances when the florist knew I would never see them, but this certainly didn’t disappoint. The selection of flowers, the presentation and the fact that you re-delivered them for me in North County after I have given you the wrong date – just stellar customer service all the way around.

You are now my official florist – whether I need a delivery in San Diego or not! You and Flower Hill Flowers are complete class.

I probably seemed a little disappointed with fire and ice roses; that was not reflection on you at all, they now, after they opened, look more the way I imagined, well at least now I know how they really look like...;~]

  2/2009   I just placed 2 orders with Alison (sp) and her service was AMAZING.  She was super polite and friendly. Customer service is NOT dead!. I usually use Adelaide's for this but since you support youth football where my kid plays, I gave you a shot. I haven't seen the flowers yet, but if they are even close to the service, I'll be a hero with my Mom and wife.
